You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment through My Bookings in the app.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service price, as the time slot is held exclusively for you.
Eligible cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you're not satisfied with your service, contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or a complimentary re-service with a different stylist.
Mobile appointments include a $35 travel fee, shown at checkout before payment. The travel fee is refundable on the same terms as the booking itself.
Cancelling a membership stops future billing at the end of the current period; unused monthly credits expire when the period ends.
