Account details (name, email, photo), booking history, addresses you enter for Home Visits, payment confirmations (we never store card numbers — Stripe handles card data), and app usage needed to run the service.
To book and deliver services, process payments and memberships, provide support, send booking reminders, and improve the app. We do not sell your personal data.
Google (Firebase) hosts account and app data; Stripe processes payments; RevenueCat manages mobile subscription entitlements. Each is bound by its own security and privacy commitments.
We use bank-level encryption in transit and at rest, strict database access rules, and server-verified payments. Your financial totals are validated on our servers — never trusted from your device.
You can update your profile in Account settings or request full data deletion at any time via in-app Support or support@royalglowapp.com.
