Royal Glow provides premium beauty services delivered in-studio or on-location ("Home Visit"). Service offerings, prices, and durations are listed in the app and may change; the price displayed at checkout is the price you pay.
Mobile appointments include a $35 Home Visit Add-On travel fee, shown before payment.
Royal Glow offers three membership tiers: Royal Glow Silver ($149/month), Royal Glow Gold ($299/month), and Royal Glow Platinum ($449/month). Benefits are described on the Membership page.
Memberships bill monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges at the end of the current billing period; the current period is non-refundable except as required by law.
Appointments are reserved once payment is completed. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; Royal Glow never stores your card details.
Tips are optional and capped at 50% of the service price.
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment in the app. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. See our full Cancellation Policy.
Clients agree to treat stylists respectfully and provide accurate booking addresses. Royal Glow may refuse service for abusive behavior.
Please disclose allergies or skin sensitivities before your appointment. Royal Glow professionals take reasonable precautions; services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
